About the Role
Were seeking a passionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive and collaborative school district team in Destin, FL. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity serving a mix of elementary and secondary students during the 20252026 school year.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals.

Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation according to district and state guidelines.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning.

Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district standards.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.

Active Florida SLP License issued through the Florida Department of Health (DOH) or eligibility to obtain prior to start.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFs considered.

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
